Shipping Policy
Information about international shipping, delivery estimates, customs clearance and freight forwarder arrangements for DEDXC wholesale orders.
International Shipping
DEDXC arranges international shipping for wholesale, sample and OEM/ODM orders. Shipping is available to most countries and regions. The final shipping destination, method and cost will be confirmed in your quotation, proforma invoice or order agreement.
The buyer is responsible for confirming whether the ordered products can be lawfully imported into the destination country and for understanding any applicable import restrictions, licensing requirements or product registration obligations before placing an order.
Shipping Methods
Available shipping methods may include express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS), air freight, sea freight, or combined methods depending on the order volume, destination, delivery time requirements and shipping cost budget.
The recommended shipping method will be discussed with the buyer before dispatch. Each method has different cost, speed and customs handling characteristics.
Freight Forwarders
Buyers may appoint their own freight forwarder for shipment collection. To use your own forwarder, please provide:
- Forwarder company name and contact person
- Warehouse address for cargo delivery
- Receiving requirements, operating hours and booking procedures
- Shipping marks and label format required by the forwarder
Forwarder details should be confirmed and provided before the goods are ready for dispatch. Risk transfers according to the agreed shipping terms (e.g. FOB, EXW) stated in the order documentation.
Production and Dispatch Time
Production time and shipping time are separate estimates. Production lead time begins after all required conditions are met: payment received, sample or design approved, artwork and packaging confirmed, and product specifications finalized. Dispatch occurs after production and internal quality checks are completed.
The estimated production time and dispatch date will be stated in your order confirmation. Changes requested after production has begun may extend both the production time and the dispatch date.
Shipping Estimates
Shipping transit times provided by carriers are estimates only. Actual delivery times depend on the carrier, shipping method, destination country, customs processing, local holidays and conditions at the time of shipment.
DEDXC provides tracking information when available, but does not guarantee carrier delivery dates. Production schedules and shipping estimates should be treated as planning references, not guaranteed delivery commitments.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on shipment weight, carton dimensions, destination, shipping method, delivery speed, declared value, customs requirements and carrier surcharges. The shipping cost estimate will be provided in your quotation or order documentation.
Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise stated in your quotation, proforma invoice or order agreement.
Customs Duties and Taxes
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs clearance fees, value-added tax (VAT), goods and services tax (GST), sales tax, destination-country handling fees, customs broker fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country in connection with the import of the ordered products.
DEDXC does not determine or collect customs duties, import taxes or destination-country charges. The buyer should consult a local customs agent or compliance professional to estimate these costs before ordering.
Import Requirements
The buyer is responsible for understanding and meeting the import requirements of the destination country, which may include product registration, labeling compliance, ingredient disclosure, safety certification and packaging requirements.
Any testing, certification, permits or labeling that is specifically required for a particular market must be confirmed between the parties before the order is placed. DEDXC will only provide certificates or reports that are genuinely available and applicable to the ordered products.
Shipping Damage
The buyer should inspect the outer cartons at the time of delivery. Visible shipping damage must be reported to the carrier immediately and noted on the delivery receipt.
If products inside are found to be damaged, retain the shipping cartons, labels, internal packaging and damaged products. Contact us promptly with photographs of the damage, carton condition, shipping labels and a description of the affected items. Claims for shipping damage are subject to the claim period and requirements stated in your order agreement.
Delays Outside Our Control
DEDXC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs holds, carrier operational issues, weather, natural disasters, strikes, port congestion, public holidays, security inspections, changes in import regulations or other events beyond reasonable control.
We will provide reasonable assistance in tracking delayed shipments and communicating with carriers, but cannot guarantee delivery dates affected by events outside our control.
Delivery Address Accuracy
The buyer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address including the recipient name, company name (if applicable), street address, city, state or province, postal code, country and contact phone number.
DEDXC is not responsible for delivery failures, additional charges, return shipping fees or storage costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery address provided by the buyer.
