How should revisions be controlled?
Combine feedback into one numbered revision. Distinguish must-fix items from preferences and ask the supplier to confirm the final specification in writing.
When a revised sample arrives, retest the changed item and any related packaging or fit issue. Keep the approved reference, specification and artwork version together.
When is a sample ready for bulk approval?
